Housekeeping NC II
The HOUSEKEEPING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person
must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services.
Barista NC II
The BARISTA NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must
achieve in the deliverance of good quality coffee in commercially-operated cafes or
specialty coffee shops. This qualification is specific to a person who specializes in making coffee beverages.
Bartending NC II
The BARTENDING NC ll Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for “Specialty Coffee Shops”.
Cookery NC II
The COOKERY NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person
must achieve to clean kitchen areas, prepare hot, cold meals and desserts for guests in various food and beverage service facilities
Food and Beverage Services NC II
The FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of
competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
Beauty Care NC II
The BEAUTY CARE NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform pre and post beauty care services, perform manicure and pedicure, perform hand spa, perform body massage, perform body scrub, perform facial treatment, perform foot spa and apply facial make-up.
Security Services NC II
The SECURITY SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must
achieve to monitor the activities within the area of responsibility, enforce access control and
identification system, secure the territorial jurisdiction of the company, enforce emergency
response procedures and prepare security reports.
Massage Therapy NC II
The MASSAGE THERAPY NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to work develop massage practice, perform client consultation, perform body massage and maintain and organize tools, equipment, supplies and work area.
Bread and Pastry Production NC II
The BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that person must achieve to be able to clean equipment , tools and utensils and prepare, portion and plate pastries, breads and other dessert items
to guests in hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury
lines/cruises and other related operations.
Pre-Licensing Training Program (PLTP)
The pre-licensing training course is designed for individuals who had no previous formal security training or License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) and aspire to be a security guard.
Refresher Training Course (RTC)
Also known as SECURITY SERVICES NC II is designed to enhanced the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a licensed security guard in the field of security servicing in accordance with existing laws (RA 5487 as amended, Implementing Rules and Regulations, Presidential Decrees, and SOSIA, CSG, PNP Memoranda). It also covers monitoring activities within area of responsibility; enforcing access control and identification system; securing territorial jurisdiction of the company; enforcing emergency response procedures; and preparing security reports.
In-Service Enhancement Training Course
A Refresher Training Program which is a requirement prior to renewal of individual license as security guard or security officer.
